Stop the War Machine

Stop the War Machine is an Albuquerque-based group focusing on grassroots direct action to stop the war machine. We believe President Eisenhower was correct in 1961 when he warned of the danger to our nation and the world from the new war machine. New Mexico is a crown jewel for the war machine with research, nuclear sites, and aviation training. We are especially interested in stopping the militarization of space taking place with research at UNM and other sites. We meet the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month at 7pm at the Peace Center.
