The Panthers are intergenerational activists dedicated to social and economic justice. Our current priorities include promoting health care for all, saving Social Security from privatization, expanding Medicare benefits, campaign finance reform, and improving public transportation. Gray Panthers believe that in an interdependent world, the common welfare is served by policies that preserve peace, heal the wounded environment, and respect the right of all persons to share in determining policy. We meet on the fourth Saturday of most months at Highland Senior Center (131 Monroe NE - Albuquerque) at noon for speakers, business, plans for action, and social exchange.
