Fouladou Handicapped	Fouladou Handicapped was organized in 1983 in the Department of Velingara, Region of Kolda Republic of Senegal. Our purpose is to help the disabled of Velingara and to establish a series of self-help programs and projects. These projects include: working towards the distribution of wheelchairs and medicines; starting a farming/gardening program to employ the handicapped and raise funds for other programs; building an internet café in Senegal as a source of funds and for use by the handicapped, and collecting donations of shelter, clothing, shoes, etc. to generally assist the handicapped.
