March Against Corruption, a national movement calling for activism and events in over 100 cities from November 1st -8th, has partnered with Central New Mexico Move to Amend, Burque Media, The Coalition for Climate Change, APD in Crisis, ABQ Justice and 20 other groups in the Alb. peace and justice community for a series of planned events.

Saturday November 1st will see a mass demonstration against corruption at all levels, with a march gathering 11am at Montgomery and San Mateo to rally at Montgomery Park at 1pm. On

Sunday November 2nd we'll be marching with the "Desert Spirits" float honoring those individuals killed by APD and the Westside murder victims at the Muertos y Marigolds (Day of the Dead) parade near the BCSO substation at Isleta & Central Familiar SW at 2pm.

Monday November 3rd we're calling for a gathering at or near Civic Plaza prior to the City Council meeting at 5pm. We are also planning a massive Get Out The Vote campaign for election day and a follow-up to our very successful Life After the Consent Decree forum.
