Beginning in March 2006, a new civil rights movement -- the movement for immigrant rights -- was born. Millions upon millions of immigrants and their supporters have taken to the streets in the years since to demand full rights. The ANSWER. Coalition has played a major role in organizing and participating in these demonstrations in other cities nationwide. We advocate full legalization for all immigrants and an immediate end to all racist raids and deportations targeting immigrant workers and families.
